How Long Is Processing?

Processing on average takes 1-4 working days from the time your order is placed. During busy periods .e.g Christmas time, processing times can be longer than usual (up to 7+ business days).

Any unforeseen delays in processing will be handled by our Customer Service team and you will be notified ASAP.

We ship to Ireland, UK, All of Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand

Where Do You Ship From?

All our orders are processed and shipped from Dublin, Ireland.

What Courier Do You Use?

We use AnPost, Nightline, Fastway and UPS

Where Can I Track My Order?

If tracking is available for your order, you will be able to track your item via the link sent to you in your "Shipping Confirmation" email.

Why Do I Not Have A Tracking Number?

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, smaller orders (under 1kg) will not be given tracking numbers unless paid for or specified otherwise. This only applies to orders in mainland UK and IE.

How Long Is Shipping?

This depends on the location, but, on average, domestic orders (placed in Ireland) arrive within 1 to 4 working days from dispatch.

How Much Is Shipping?

Our cheapest shipping rate is €2.99 for domestic orders. All orders over €80 have free UK, US & IE shipping.

For reference, an average hoodie weighs about 600grams (with packaging) while a sweatshirt (with packaging) would be around 400grams

Returns

One Plus One Clothing always ensures that you are satisfied with your order but in the rare occasion that you are not, we will be able to return/exchange the item(s) you ordred for your money back (only applies to returns). 

How to make a return?

We've made it super easy for you to return your clothing. Just head to our returns centre and enter your email and order number to begin the process. You can select there each individual item you wish to return. If this page however is not working for you, please send an email to support@oneplusoneclothing.com with the following:

Items that you wish to return.

Item(s) returned must be in unused and re-saleable condition without any visible signs of wear and all original sinage in place. In the event you receive a piece of clothing that has been damaged already, please take images of this and send them to support@oneplusoneclothing.com. If you don't do so when you get them at first you may be liable for the damages and a return may be refused.

Please note that you are liable for all costs associated with returning the item.

How long do I have to make a return?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the item arriving with you.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds can take up to three weeks to process depending on your payment processor. You will be notified once the processing begin.

When can I return an item?

One Plus One Clothing accepts returns in the following circumstances:

  • The item you received is significantly different to what was described¹
  • The item you received was damaged
  • Sizing
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The item you received was of low quality²

We do not accept returns for the following but can offer either exchanges, partial refunds or store discounts:

  • You do not like the item you ordered
  • The item you ordered is different to what was described³

How can I get a refund?

You will be notified by a customer support agent if your purchase is eligible for a full refund⁰. In the event it is not, you will have the choice of several other options such as an exchange, partial refund, store credit or store discount.

0 - The shipping fee is non-refundable and won't be sent in your refund.

2 - This is subject to review by our customer support team. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the product in question.
